First of all....Organization!

Hello there! :3

When someone starts a diet or a change on his lifestyle it's necessary to have a plan. When you write some organization, rules are more easy to follow, don't you think it?
So, if you are thinking to start a diet, it's important this points:

FIRST. Be mentally prepared

SECOND. Have a realistic goal

THIRD. Have a meal plan!


We can't help your mind to prepare for this time you will sacrifice your meals, we know there are a huge of delicious cuisine that will tell us "eat me" in any time and we will have to put our best efforts in our goal. But, if every week you aware that you should buy things which are not prohibited, everything will be a little easier.
