After this, are you really be mentally prepared? If your answer is yes! you can continue reading but if your answer is no, or you are not sure, let us explain you that to start a diet is 80% mental and, for that reason, it's better to work on it than to start and leave it on your first temptation.
If you have answered yes this is your to-do list for this week:
When you make your weekly food shopping you must not buy prohibited things (sweets/candies, fizzy drinks, alcohol...). The first thought when you start a diet is to eat and drink all the fat food you have at home, to remove all temptations. After this, you usually start your diet. 5 days after you finish your diet. Do you understand it?If you have prohibited food at home, don't worry, it could be a reward in your future.
Have a notebook or slate, or maybe a Project Life, or a diary. Anything where you can write your thoughts at any time. This will strengthen you in your low moments.
Say yes to your new adventure and be excited to change your lifestyle. Maybe you will not eat some super delicious and fatty food for a long time, but think that your body and you will be healthy and one day you will be able to eat again some meals that much you love (but only in special occasions, we don't do this for a period of time and then come back to our bad habits).

Imagine your life when you arrive to your goal. Will be you happier? We are not doctors, this is our way to make our lifestyle change; sharing with everybody our fears, efforts, sacrifices, solutions, meal plans,...maybe you need to make something else to be prepared. However, we will be here if you want it to try, we will make a good team and support each other.So, let's start our diet next Monday!
